Returns & Refunds

30-day return window

Contact us within 30 days after delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include original packaging. Do not send a return before receiving instructions.

Damaged or incorrect items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. If confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-returnable items

For health and safety reasons, used personal-care items, worn apparel, opened consumables, personalized goods, gift cards, and final-sale items are not returnable unless defective or incorrect.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Bank processing commonly takes 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
