Shipping Policy

Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery

Standard U.S. delivery typically takes 7–15 business days after processing. Some items may take up to 20 business days or ship separately because we use multiple fulfillment partners. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Cost and tracking

Standard shipping charges, if any, are shown before payment. Standard shipping is free on orders over $50. Tracking is emailed when available.

Address issues and delays

Customers are responsible for entering a complete address. Contact us promptly if an address needs correction. We will help investigate materially delayed, lost, or damaged shipments.
